Today was fairly nice, a little windy, and I took advantage of it to get some things done outside. I am supposed to be finishing the newsletter, but haven’t even looked at it yet (next, really!).

I trimmed two year old feet, tried out my new (used) chain saw, cleaned the wood stove out, hauled hay to the baby pen (babies that weigh almost as much as I do!) , had the electrician come out to fix the now dangling mercury vapor light (why do things always break when it’s to windy to fix them?, planted a flat of lettuce indoors (experiment), and drove to Loveland to pick up the three hogs that I had butchered. Now, maybe I can get to the newsletter!!

I wish every day was this productive!!
